At Leisure Fitness, the sale doesn't end at the cash register! Count on us long after you buy for the best support and equipment service record in the business. We are an integrated full-service dealer for our top-brand suppliers. We're extensively trained by them to sell and service their products, and we also stock a very extensive inventory of their replacement parts. If something wears out or malfunctions, we have a 95% first-time fix rate.
Even on top-of-the-line products, parts can need adjustment or replacement. If that happens, our goals are the same as yours: Fix it fast and fix it right – the first time. That's why our teams of factory-trained and certified service techs carry on-board inventory of OEM parts. Result: minimum downtime, minimum inconvenience – and we fix it, in one visit, better than 9 times out of 10.
We represent you in warranty issues with manufacturers. If you have a warranty issue, we act as your advocate, dealing directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. Issues tend to be resolved faster and more favorably - another way our integrated-dealer status supports you after the sale.
