Leisure Fitness Return Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Leisure Fitness, Inc. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns. For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product.

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery & return pick-up handling charges.

All sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable:
hot tubs, swim spas, clearance items, floor models, discontinued items, free weights, dumbbells and plates. Accessories must be returned in their unopened, original packaging to receive a full refund.
